Wood pellets are a type of biomass fuel made from compressed sawdust and wood shavings—byproducts of the milling and wood processing industries. They are held together by lignin, a natural substance found in wood, without the need for chemical binders.
Standard delivery usually takes between 3 to 5 working days from the moment your order is confirmed. During extreme winter weather or peak periods, this may extend slightly, but we always keep you updated on your delivery status.
Our pricing is based on current market rates for biomass fuel, the quantity ordered (bulk vs. bagged), and your delivery location. Bulk orders offer the best value per ton. For a specific quote, please use our order form.
Wood pellets should only be used in stoves and boilers specifically designed for pellet fuel. These systems have automated feeding mechanisms and air control optimized for pellets. Using them in a standard log-burning stove is not recommended as it will not burn efficiently.
Yes! Our pellets are carbon-neutral, meaning they release only the same amount of CO2 when burned as the trees absorbed while growing. Because we source from managed forests where trees are replanted, it's a truly renewable cycle.
